  4.      This file provides information regarding the posting of the
  5.      FSLOGIN package on Bulletin Board Systems. They may do so in
  6.      accordance with the Limited Distribution Licence listed below.

  10.      As the exclusive copyright holder for FSLOGIN, Confirm
  11.      authorizes on-line distribution only in accordance with the
  12.      following restrictions.

  14.      The FSLOGIN package is defined as containing all the material
  15.      listed in the PACKING.LST text file. If any files listed in
  16.      the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are
  17.      missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is
  18.      forbidden. Please contact us to obtain a complete package
  19.      suitable for distribution.

  21.      The FSLOGIN package cannot be modified in any way and must be
  22.      distributed as a complete package, without exception.

  24.      Many BBSs customarily add a small text file (advertisement) to
  25.      each archive file. This text file describes the BBS and tells
  26.      people that the file was downloaded from that particular BBS.
  27.      Other BBSs add a small one-line message with their BBS name
  28.      and phone number into the compressed file, which will display
  29.      when the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of
  30.      mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used, provided
  31.      the program and documentation is otherwise unmodified and
  32.      complete.

  34.      Confirm prohibits the distribution of outdated versions of the
  35.      FSLOGIN package, without written permission from Confirm. If
  36.      the version you have is over twelve (12) months old, please
  37.      contact us to ensure that you have the most current version.

  39.      Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  40.      decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  41.      transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  42.      agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate
  43.      and automatic termination of this license.
